ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately to ensure fast preparation and shipping. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For hygiene and safety reasons, Waveista does not accept returns or offer refunds on purchased items.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from your order, our support team will gladly assist you with a replacement.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
